They address problems that cause damage to aircraft which oftentimes lead to delays, cancellations and other costly inefficiencies.
While training for a ramp agent position, Spencer Irvine learned about the costly nature of seemingly avoidable collisions that occur on the airport ramp between parked aircraft and ground support vehicles. Observing that the industry had very little technological innovation in this area, he then designed a collision avoidance system and AirVentions Inc. was conceived.
